You\'ll apply your expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and DevSecOps practices to scale and secure the platform that helps thousands of organizations manage their workforce, projects, and payroll efficiently.

Proven experience managing scalable Linux-based environmentsDeep knowledge of AWS cloud services and infrastructureHands-on experience with infrastructure as code using Terraform and TerragruntPractical experience with Docker and KubernetesSolid experience building, automating, and maintaining CI/CD pipelinesStrong understanding of databases and caching layers (PostgreSQL, Redis, Memcached)Familiarity with monitoring/alerting tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki)Strong understanding of distributed systems and microservices architectureStrong communication and collaboration skillsAutonomy, self-motivation, adaptabilityDesirable:Experience with fully remote, distributed teamsFamiliarity with Ruby on Rails and GoKnowledge of serverless services (AWS Lambda, API Gateway)Experience with service meshes (Istio, Linkerd)Exposure to data lakes and ETL pipelinesKey Responsibilities And Your ContributionIn this role, you\'ll be responsible for shaping, securing, and scaling our cloud infrastructure while enabling teams to deliver software reliably and efficiently.Design, build, and maintain scalable, highly available cloud infrastructureAutomate cloud provisioning with Terraform and deploy on Kubernetes using HelmBuild and optimize CI/CD pipelines across web, mobile, and desktop platformsImplement monitoring, alerting, and logging with Prometheus, Grafana, and LokiDesign infrastructure for data lakes and ETL pipelinesContribute to security best practices, incident response, and disaster recovery planningImplement advanced security measures, including IAM policies, VPC design, and encryptionCollaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure secure and reliable systemsSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionOtherIndustries: IT Services and IT ConsultingWe are committed to equal employment opportunities.
