Responsibilities
Hexagon's Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon)
is seeking a Senior Implementation Analyst within our ALI Americas group.
Provide support and knowledge transfer for custom solutions to promote user adoption and engagement.
Also:
Work with gathering business requirements and functional needs alongside the customer business units and end users.
Provide creative solutions to customer application needs.
Offer consulting services such as solution configuration, best practices implementation strategies, automation/customization, and integration with other applications.
Identify additional product/services opportunities within the customer organization.
Provide feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
Education / Qualifications
Technical knowledge:
Knowledge in Smart Plant Foundation (desirable).
Experience with programming languages such as VBA, C#, VB.NET, and ASP.NET.
Experience with database administration (Oracle, SQL).
Experience writing SQL statements.
Additional experience:
Relevant professional experience in a technical consulting role or similar technology is desirable but not mandatory.
Experience with solution implementation projects.
Knowledge of document and information management.
Support and guidance to end-user solutions.
Business analysis.
Automation processes.
Development of software customizations and automations (desirable).
Languages:
Portuguese.
English (desirable).
Soft Skills:
Motivated to face challenges and learn.
Solution explorer.
Self-awareness.
Fast learner.
Proactive.
