Who We Are Seeking:We seek a talented and experienced Cloud Engineer to operate and harden our design and deploy our services and network on Microsoft Azure.This role presents an excellent opportunity for those looking to work in a dynamic environment and be part of a high-performing international team, offering ample opportunities for growth and development in technical and interpersonal skills.Your Role and Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS utilizing TerraformAutomate deployment processes, infrastructure monitoring, and management;Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using native AWS, Azure Dev Ops or Github Actions.Ensure high availability and scalability of cloud services;Collaborate with development teams to integrate Dev Ops practices throughout the software development lifecycle;Monitor and optimize the performance and costs of AWS infrastructure;Manage and resolve production incidents, implementing prevention measures;Prepare and maintain technical documentation of infrastructure and processes;Implement security practices in cloud infrastructure, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.Essential Qualifications:Solid experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and its services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, ECR, etc.);Experience with automation tools and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform, Cloud Formation);Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, preferably with AWS Code Pipeline and Azure Dev OpsExperience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes);Familiarity with cloud security practices and Dev Sec Ops;Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills;Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment;Advanced English, both spoken and written.Desirable Qualifications:Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field, and 10 years of equivalent professional experience;AWS certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Dev Ops Engineer);Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);Experience working with international, cross-functional, and remote teams;Excellent written and oral communication skills.Who We Are:Dev Grid is a top-tier software consulting company based in the UK, with a development hub in Brazil and operations spanning Europe and the US.We believe that world-class software can only be created by a motivated and enthusiastic team in an environment that fosters creativity and free thinking.Established in ****, we aim to drive innovation and digital transformation by combining our robust business culture and exceptional engineers with forward-thinking business insights.What We Offer:Contract-based hiring;Full-time opportunity (40 hours per week);100% remote work/home office;Performance-based bonuses tied to achievements and deliverables;Open and flexible time-off policy;Supportive and collaborative work environment;Equipment program;Paid days off per year + holidays (variable) + recess days;Sponsorship program for relevant courses and training.For more information, visit:Website:Glassdoor:**All Dev Grid positions are open to individuals from all backgrounds (including all races, colors, nationalities, religions, genders, sexual orientations, disabilities, ages, or other applicable characteristics), promoting equal opportunities and affirmative action.If you're interested in the job opening and our mission, come join us on this journeyLive long and prosper
