PPC Specialist (Meta & Tik Tok Ads) — B2 B Saa SSend Pulse | B2 B Marketing Saa SWe're looking for aPaid Acquisition Specialistto drive global demand generation at Send Pulse, with a strong focus onMeta Adsand the expansion ofTik Tok Adsas a growth channel.This role is for people who want to work with areal product ,complex B2 B funnels , andhave a direct impact on marketing strategy— not just launch campaigns and optimize bids.The challenge is real:high CPA, long sales cycles, multiple markets and audiences , and constant experimentation.Success in this role requiresstrategic thinking , strong analytical skills, and the ability to build scalable acquisition systems — not routine ad account management.What you'll doScale and optimize existing paid acquisition strategies onMeta Ads , including product-led campaigns and content-driven funnels (webinars, courses, conferences, educational content)Lead the development and growth ofTik Tok Adsas a demand generation channelIdentify, test, and validate new acquisition approaches:new funnels, formats, creatives, and channelsBuild and continuously improve acreative testing framework(idea generation, hypothesis validation, briefing, and collaboration with designers and creators)Analyze performance deeply and turn insights into clear action plansWork closely withdesign, content, product marketing, and growth teamsto improve overall funnel performanceWhat we're looking forStrong hands-on experience and deep understanding ofMeta AdsProven experience working withB2 B / Saa S / software productsExperience managing$20,000+ monthly ad budgetsand working withhigh CPA environmentsAbility to structure and scalecreative testing and experimentation frameworksPractical experience running and scalingTik Tok AdsStrong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-makingFluent English (mandatory)Nice to haveSolid understanding ofanalytics, attribution, and trackingPrevious experience in amarketing agencyExperience working withdesktop-first product
