Workana is the largest remote work platform for talents in Latin America.Our new segment, Workana Premium, focuses on matching the most exceptional professionals with leading and innovative companies around the globe.Enjoy competitive compensation, dedicated support, and the flexibility of remote work within a dynamic environment that fosters collaboration and professional advancement.About Our ClientImperial Cleaning is a leading facilities services company modernizing its operations through advanced system integrations.With recent migration to Microsoft Teams and ongoing development of a customized operational system, Imperial is now enhancing its ecosystem by integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Business Central, and third-party solutions.This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving project and help shape the backbone of their digital transformation.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Part-Time Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Business Central Consultant/Developer to support integration efforts between Imperial's custom operational system, Microsoft's suite of products, and external applications.You will collaborate closely with the internal team—including experts in Power BI and Snowflake—to ensure smooth data flows, financial system connections, and reporting capabilities.This is a senior-level, part-time consulting role (10-15 hours per week initially) with the potential to evolve into ongoing, on-demand support (5-10 hours per week).ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and implement integrations between Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Business Central, and third-party solutions.Support the connection of the custom operational system with Microsoft's ecosystem.Provide backend coding expertise for seamless data and workflow integration.Collaborate with Power BI/Snowflake experts to ensure accurate reporting and analytics.Partner with business stakeholders to scope integration phases and deliver technical recommendations.Troubleshoot and optimize existing integrations to improve reliability and performance.Requirements5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Business Central.Strong backend coding and system integration skills.Proven ability to connect Microsoft products with custom and third-party solutions.Excellent communication skills in English.Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and non-technical stakeholders.Availability for 10-15 hours per week initially, with flexibility for ongoing, on-demand supportBenefitsCompensation in USDFully remote workCareer growth with international clients and dynamic projects#J-18808-Ljbffr
