With projects in Nearshore, Time & Material, Service Management, and Tech Academies, you'll find opportunities to learn, innovate, and advance your career.Key Responsibilities:Implement and configure SailPoint Identity and Access Management solutions.Collaborate with global teams to define IAM requirements and design effective solutions.Ensure system integration, security compliance, and best practices in IAM implementation.Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for IAM platforms.Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvements.Requirements:3+ years of experience in developing IAM solutions, focusing on integration, customization, and automation — experience exclusively in support roles will not be considered;Proven experience in implementing Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms, including integration with enterprise systems;Experience in designing and implementing identity management and governance processes, including user lifecycle, access policies, and segregation of duties;Experience in various programming languages relevant to the IAM context, namely Java, Beanshell, JavaScript, XML, SQL, and scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for integration, connector development, and process automation;Knowledge of integration with directories such as LDAP, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD);Familiarity with modern authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect;Familiarity with IAM tools and solutions (e.g., SailPoint, Ping Identity, Entra ID);Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST, ISO *****, and CIS Controls;Must be fluent in English.If you meet the above criteria and are ready for an exciting opportunity in a dynamic environment, submit your resume
