We are seeking an accomplished Webflow expert to join our team.The ideal candidate possesses a profound understanding of Webflow's structure and class systems, can work independently with great efficiency, and is passionate about ecommerce and building high-converting pages that drive customers straight to checkout.Convert Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect Webflow buildsDevelop and maintain a scalable components and global styles library within Webflow to ensure brand and design consistencyKeep the Webflow project organized and structured for efficient collaboration and easy future maintenanceBuild and hand off landing pages and funnels for testing that drive measurable resultsHelp implement best practices for conversion rate optimization (CRO) — including hierarchy, layout testing, and content variationsEnsure consistent visual and functional quality across all pages, devices, and browsersCollaborate with design and marketing teams to bring concepts to life with precision, creativity, and conversion in mindThe successful candidate will have:Proven experience building high-quality websites using WebflowStrong understanding of landing page design principles and ecommerce UXDeep knowledge of Webflow's CMS, component library, and class naming best practicesBasic grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to be able to communicate with our developers or to embed code into the pagesExceptional attention to detail and commitment to error-free, polished executionStrong visual sense and understanding of responsive design principlesAbility to work independently and meet deadlines without close supervision
