Job Description:The Manager, Transportation Control and Billing is a key position in our organization responsible for managing transportation spend and providing decision-making support to senior management.The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to gather, collect, and analyze complex financial data.Key Responsibilities:Budget execution and controlAccountable for invoicing process controls and system issue resolutionFreight services and payments conciliationDevelop, manage, and update regional transportation decks and scorecardsDrive data-driven decision making across the BR networkAnalyze and pinpoint top improvement areas within Supply ChainOwn the financial performance reporting of the departmentAnalyze and report full visibility for Net Sales monthly Recognition shareCarry out ad hoc analysis to drive agile decision makingSupport ongoing and designed projects with data, by building and justifying business casesBuild automated reports (Excel, Data warehouse, or web-based) for team useRequired Skills and Qualifications:Hard Skills:SAP FICO intermediate – advanced preferredAdvanced MS Office skills, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPointTechnical expertise regarding data models, data mining, segmentation, and presentation techniquesStrong knowledge and expertise with reporting packages (Business Objects for instance), databases (SQL), PowerBI, Microstrategy, VBA, and TableauNumber savvy with strong analytical skillsAdept at queries, MS Excel-based analysis, report writing, and presenting findingsPeople Management Skills:Fosters a team culture that encourages trust, open, and constructive discussionInsists on the highest standards, setting high expectations on him/herself and the partnering teamsGood at prioritization, effort estimation, assignment, and handoverRequisite Education and Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree from relevant departments of universities requiredDemonstrated data analytics skills with various toolsMinimum 3 years of relevant work experience in an advanced analytics environment – preferably with a supply chain and/or transportation management backgroundBenefits:This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.If you are a motivated and analytical individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
