You'll track trends, engage with the community, deliver insightful reports, and make a real impact—blending creativity with strategy.Devoted collaborates with the biggest names in gaming and entertainment, so your work will need to shine and captivate this exciting audience.Here is some information of the accounts you will be responsible for:Devoted Studios: Fusion: / and a new post about why we made itNinel Anderson, Devoted CEO: is a remote, full-time contracted positionRequirementsCore Responsibilities:Take ownership of Devoted Studios and Fusion's social media strategy, driving audience growth and engagement across key platformsDevelop a strategic editorial calendar, proposing relevant posts that resonate with our audience and publishing at optimal timesWork closely with creative team members—designers, product marketers, and video makers—to craft high-quality content that connects with our audienceMonitor and analyze performance metrics, using data-driven insights to optimize content, spot trends, and propose innovative engagement strategiesAlign organic and paid strategies by working cross-functionally with the Paid Media team and leveraging insights to inform content decisionsEngage with the community by monitoring mentions, interactions, and DMs, building meaningful relationships along the wayPlan and coordinate collaborations with artists, managing outreach, obtaining content permissions, and amplifying our reach through creative partnershipsCover events in real-time, capturing and sharing exciting moments to drive engagement across channelsStay ahead of trends, conducting industry research and competitive analysis to keep Fusion at the forefront of social media conversationsQualifications:Experience with B2B social media, targeting both clients and talentProficiency in LinkedIn, Instagram, and DiscordExcellent English copywriting and communication skillsData-driven, with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize strategiesStrong creativity and strategic thinking, using innovation to achieve goalsEffective time management and attention to detailProblem-solving mindset with a positive, action-oriented approachPassion for video games and the game industryBenefitsWhy Join Us?
