Somos aVortigo- nascemos com o propósito de criar aplicativos mobile para um mundo em constante movimento, mas não paramos por aí.Ampliamos nossa atuação e hoje desenvolvemos softwares para ajudar empresas e startups no processo de transformação digital.Nosso time é composto por pessoas apaixonadas por desafios gigantes, mudando a experiência dos usuários a nível global.Estamos espalhados pelo Brasil e pelo mundo, tocando projetos nacionais e internacionais.Nosso ambiente é descontraído, com uma cultura horizontal, muita troca de conhecimento, reconhecimento e desafiosTá afim de fazer parte de tudo isso?Dá uma olhada no que estamos buscando:Principais Responsabilidades:- Pesquisar, testar e engajar a adoção e disseminação de novas tecnologias e padrões de solução;- Colaborar no desenho e implementação de soluções estratégicas para o negócio;- Participar no desenvolvimento de novos produtos;- Participar no desenvolvimento de projetos de APIs;- Definir métodos de integração entre sistemas legados e novos projetos;- Apoiar no desenvolvimento técnico dos demais integrantes da equipe.Habilidades Técnicas:- Experiência sólida em arquitetura de software (Clean Architecture, Domain Driven Design, Microsserviços, Component Driven Design, etc.);- Domínio de práticas DevOps e CI/CD, com pipelines automatizados para back, front e mobile (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, App Center);- Vivência com Cloud (Azure, AWS ou GCP) e provisionamento de infraestrutura como código (IaC);- Conhecimento em desenvolvimento nativo e multiplataforma (Kotlin, Swift, Flutter, React Native) e web (React.js, Angular, Next.js);- Experiência em .NET e desenvolvimento backend escalável, com padrões arquiteturais e mensageria (RabbitMQ, Kafka);- Capacidade de aplicar padrões e boas práticas de engenharia de software (SOLID, Design Patterns, Clean Code);- Experiência com contêineres e orquestração (Docker, Kubernetes);- Conhecimento em testes automatizados e estratégias de qualidade (unitários, instrumentados, end-to-end, testes de performance);- Vivência com monitoramento e observabilidade de sistemas (Application Insights, Jaeger, Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry);- Conhecimento em segurança de aplicações (OWASP, autenticação multifator, antifraude, segurança mobile/web);- Atuação com sistemas distribuídos e integração com APIs REST/GraphQL;- Habilidade em liderar decisões técnicas, avaliar riscos e suportar múltiplas squads em ambientes ágeis.O que você encontra aqui:Remote First– Acreditamos no trabalho remoto como um estilo de vida.Nossas vagas são 100% remotas, mas caso queira trabalhar no nosso escritório em Porto Alegre/RS - é só chegar.Comunidades Técnicas– Um espaço para galera trocar uma ideia, conversar sobre algum assunto específico e, claro, muita troca de conhecimentos.Cultura de Feedback– Feedbacks estruturados periodicamente, buscando o desenvolvimento contínuo através de um Plano de Desenvolvimento Individual (PDI).Horário Flexível- Autonomia para fazer a sua própria gestão da jornada de trabalho.Incentivo ao Idioma- Temos como objetivo internacionalizar cada vez mais a Vortigo e você será parte dissoGympass- Plataforma focada na saúde e bem-estar corporativo.Reembolso de Equipamentos– Valor semestral de reembolso para compra de equipamentos que facilitam sua rotina de trabalho em casa.
