Endpoint Management Leader

Endpoint Engineer ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned endpoint engineer manager to lead our team in maintaining and securing corporate devices worldwide.Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a team of endpoint engineers, providing technical guidance and career development.Oversee maintenance, patching, and compliance for Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOne.Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time.Ensure endpoints meet compliance requirements.Develop and implement endpoint security policies and procedures.Manage vendor relationships with endpoint management and security solution providers.Respond to and troubleshoot complex endpoint issues, maintaining hands-on technical involvement.Create and maintain documentation for endpoint standards and processes.Collaborate with security and IT teams to implement endpoint protection strategies.Monitor endpoint health metrics and implement improvements to enhance reliability.Coordinate patch management cycles and ensure timely deployment across all devices.Lead incident response efforts for endpoint-related security events.A successful candidate will have 2+ years of people management experience in IT or technical teams, along with 5+ years of hands-on endpoint management experience.Strong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platforms is required, as well as experience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scale.The ideal candidate will also have demonstrated experience automating endpoint management tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similar, and a deep understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration management.Additionally, they should be experienced in maintaining compliance with security frameworks (SOC2, ISO*****, GDPR, CCPA) and possess strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.Required Skills and Qualifications:People management experience in IT or technical teams.Hands-on endpoint management experience.Proficiency with NinjaOne or similar endpoint management platforms.Experience managing Windows and macOS environments at scale.Automating endpoint management tasks using PowerShell, Python, or similar.Patch management, software deployment, and configuration management.Maintaining compliance with security frameworks.Troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.Benefits:Opportunity to work with a seasoned team.Professional growth and development opportunities.Competitive compensation package.Benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.Others:Relocation assistance available.Flexible work arrangements available.
