Your job is to make sure we always know exactly how we're performing, fix what's broken fast, and push what works even further.What You'll Be DoingSalesOversee and improve Sales team performance, tackling underperformance head-onOwn HubSpot at an admin level (pipelines, properties, automations, sequences, dashboards) — with executive-grade reporting that makes KPIs and performance crystal clearImplement corrective action plans when off track, and identify growth opportunities when aheadAnalyse dips using our in-house AI tools and lead improvement projects to completionCreate a Sales Playbook for every role to ensure consistency and efficiencyMarketingBring strong management and process discipline to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveryOwn HubSpot at an admin level as well, as mentioned for Sales.Implement and monitor all processes in ClickUp, ensuring documentation and complianceManage supplier relationships — clear scope, timely delivery, quality resultsAlign organic marketing with paid media buying for maximum impactOwn budget management, tracking ROI on every campaignLearn our brands (including Mina's personal brand and Trivium) to ensure aligned and effective strategiesWhat We're Looking ForFluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skillsHands-on systems implementer: HubSpot admin skills (workflows, custom objects/properties, reports), ClickUp workflow design, advanced Google Sheets/Excel (lookups, pivots, queries). Comfortable unblocking with APIs/zaps when needed.Exceptional process design, implementation, and improvement skills. You love turning chaos into beautiful systems that you design, implement, monitor and constantly improve.
