Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Financial Officer to join our team.Key ResponsibilitiesTo assist the group headquarters in managing financial operations for our factory in Brazil.To conduct financial accounting for daily operations and prepare monthly/annual statements according to local standards.To file tax returns on time according to local regulations.To approve business documents for daily operations.To conduct business analysis and report regularly.To supervise daily operations, identify non-standard control management, and suggest improvements.To complete other tasks assigned by local management or the finance department.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in a finance-related major.More than 5 years of financial experience, including at least 3 years in local manufacturing companies in Brazil.Familiarity with local accounting policies, taxation, and trade regulations.Fluency in Chinese, English, and Portuguese.Team management experience of more than 3 people.Experience in financial management of Chinese-funded enterprises is preferred.Certifications such as CPA, CMA, or EA are a plus.About YouThe ideal candidate will have strong financial knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.They should be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience with financial software.
