Communication and Power Systems - Supply Chain ManagerKey Responsibilities:Plan, coordinate, and manage supply chain activities, including procurement, purchasing, import/export operations, transportation, and material availability.Develop and execute supplier negotiation strategies to ensure quality, delivery performance, and competitive costs.Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers, logistics partners, and service providers.Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), driving continuous improvement initiatives.Define and implement inventory control and stock management policies, ensuring accuracy, availability, and optimized turnover.Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.Lead, coach, and develop the supply and logistics team, fostering engagement and high performance.Support innovation, digitalization, and process improvement initiatives within the supply chain.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus.Proven experience in supply chain management, procurement, supplier negotiation, and international trade.Strong knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain management tools.Advanced English proficiency.Solid leadership skills with a strategic and results-oriented mindset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Resilience and ability to perform in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.Proactive attitude with a continuous improvement and innovation mindset.#J-*****-Ljbffr
