The Artificial Intelligence, Technical Referent in the AI & Automation team will be responsible for designing systems developed by multiple teams, ensuring technical excellence, and driving impactful solutions.
This role involves collaboration across teams, technical leadership, and community contribution.What Will I Be Doing?
Lead the design and architecture of systems developed by multiple teamsDefine best practices for engineering and operational excellenceCollaborate with team leaders and stakeholders to ensure continuous delivery and project successProvide solutions to complex technical problemsContribute to technical design and project managementFocus on continuous delivery and collaboration with team leadersEnsure impactful solutions are delivered on timeLead operational practices and examine production behaviorsDefine improvements for operational practicesEnsure systems are reliable and scalableResearch solutions to improve productivity and effectivenessUnderstand business interdependencies and drive strategic initiativesAlign technical solutions with business goalsCommunicate clearly with non-specialists and stakeholdersShare technical knowledge and influence team decisionsFoster a collaborative environment within the teamParticipate in community knowledge sharing through meetups and conferencesAct as a Tech Lead Champion in hiring processesMentor and guide team members to achieve their full potentialWhat Skills Do I Need?
Experience in interacting with systems across teams with synchronous and asynchronous communicationUnderstand trade-offs in decision-making and manage crisis situations effectivelyAutomation and distributed systems expertiseProficiency in LangChain and LangGraph for building and managing language modelsStrong knowledge of AWS infrastructure and servicesRelevant experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applicationsDeep understanding of Software Architectural principles and practicesDefine best practices for engineeringCollaborate with other teams on system design and architectureCommunicate clearly with non-specialists and stakeholdersShare technical knowledge and influence team decisionsFoster a collaborative environment within the teamWhat Do We Offer?
