Linux Systems Architect

As a seasoned expert in Linux infrastructure engineering, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing real-time data systems for a leading investment bank.Your key responsibilities include:Resolving complex data quality issues through meticulous root cause analysis, leveraging internal and external vendor expertise to resolve data discrepancies.Providing on-call support, incident management, problem resolution, and change management services to ensure optimal system performance and uptime for global trading and data services.Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of real-time data through the implementation of monitoring tools that detect data anomalies and trigger alerts.Collaborating with regional and global market data infrastructure teams to share knowledge and best practices, driving team excellence and delivering high-quality services on market data.L2 alert management, involving the creation and/or update of resolutions into knowledge bases, run books, scripts, and IT rules where applicable.Incident management, overseeing the entire lifecycle from identification to resolution, minimizing business impact in production environments.Change management, responsible for making production changes to the ticker plant, including mandatory updates, content, software upgrades performed by vendors or internal teams.Others: release management, event management, user support, reporting.
