team.The right candidate is someone who has deep expertise in building cloud solutions and is passionate about working with our customers, partners, and colleagues to drive innovation forward.Your mission will be to work alongside Caylent's Architects, Engineering Managers, and Engineers to deliver AWS solutions across our diverse and forward-thinking customer base.You'll work with the latest technologies and support customers looking to bring cutting-edge ideas to market.Your AssignmentCollaborate with Architects and Engineering Managers to deliver high-quality technical solutions.Understand client requirements to build solutions defined in project backlogs.Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.Write production ready, well-tested, and documented code across cloud environments.Contribute to building infrastructure, data pipelines, or application components depending on project needs.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in development, staging, etc.Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing within your team.Demonstrate Caylent's values by staying curious, being an exceptional partner, and continuously learning.Your QualificationsCore Consulting QualificationsCustomer ExperienceCommitted to delivering exceptional client experiences, professionally responding to customer inquiries, clearly communicating project status, and providing valuable solutions aligned to client needs.CollaborationDemonstrates strong collaboration with internal teams, proactively aligning on priorities, responding to clients, and addressing client feedback.CommunicationEffectively communicates technical information clearly and actively listens to clients and team members to confirm understanding and prevent miscommunication.Technical Qualifications2+ years experience as an engineer.Expert understanding of cloud infrastructure and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).Experience building CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.Excellent knowledge of containerization (Kubernetes or similar).Proficient in Networking, IAM security, and modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, C#, ).Strong understanding of Agile delivery and best practices.Preferred: Experience with migrations, CI/CD, scripting, containers, cloud security, and client-facing consulting.Benefits 100% remote
