Responsibilities
Receive and manage leads coming through the company's channels: website, WhatsApp, chat, and other digital platforms.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and assess the maturity level of each opportunity.
Forward qualified leads to the leaders of the responsible areas.
Monitor the scheduling and progress of meetings with leads, ensuring continuity of the relationship.
Support follow-up actions and lead warming campaigns.
Contribute with insights and improvements to lead nurturing and conversion processes.
Prepare monthly reports on lead intake, channel performance, and opportunity status.
Keep the CRM up to date and use the tool as the basis for all interactions and decision-making.
Requirements and Qualifications
MUST HAVE:
Previous experience in SDR, pre-sales, inside sales, or related areas (minimum of 2 years).
Solid experience with CRM systems (Zoho or Netsuite will be considered a plus).
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with analytical ability and active listening.
Organization and a strong sense of prioritization to handle multiple leads and demands simultaneously.
Proactive profile with a strategic and collaborative mindset.
Advanced English (will be assessed during the interview).
