OverviewJunior BI Analyst – Orca Pacific: A Monks Company.
This role is a complex, fast-paced position within a growing company.
You will work with an industry-leading, full-service global agency and be part of a technical team responsible for multiple data tasks in a rapidly changing environment.ResponsibilitiesFill scheduled and ad-hoc reporting requests as needed for client services teamsCreate custom reports and client-facing presentationsTell a data story and explain what the data meansFind opportunities for clients within data analyticsWork with multiple data platforms dailyDevelop data modellings that reflect the needs to be fulfilledBuild all stages of the data pipeline (DataLake, Transformation, Warehouse, etc)Experience You Already HaveProficiency with SQLStrong analytical capabilitiesExperience with visualization tools (Looker Studio, Power BI or similar)Proficiency with Excel/Google SheetsNice to haveExperience as BI Analyst, Data Analyst or Reporting AnalystData platform experience / BI Platform experienceAdvanced/Intermediate EnglishExperience with Ecommerce, digital marketing, content data metrics, Analytics (GA4)Experience providing data and reporting within a digital marketing agency or a brand (CPG)Knowledge in cloud services such as Google Cloud PlatformPython or other programming languageAPI experience and understandingWhat We Are Looking ForExcellent oral and written communication skills, including strong attention to detailMust be comfortable with change and ambiguityA strong client service mindsetAbility to multitask, prioritize and manage many ongoing projects at onceExcellent organizational skillsSelf-motivation with the ability to take initiative in a challenging, fast-paced environmentAbility to assume responsibility and work independently with little or no supervisionAdept at learning new software programs and toolsAbout MonksMonks is the global, purely digital, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc.
