Business Intelligence AnalystWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team.As a key member of our Technical Services area, you will be responsible for leading technical and economic feasibility analyses of projects.Your primary goal will be to support decision-making through financial data, performance indicators, and risk modeling.You will work closely with our Engineering, Finance, and Planning teams to ensure that capital and R&D initiatives are aligned with operational strategy and generate sustainable value for the business.Key Responsibilities:Conduct economic and financial feasibility analyses for technical and R&D projects.Develop and maintain financial models and analytical databases for investment evaluation and portfolio prioritization.Consolidate technical and financial information into dashboards and performance indicators.Perform risk, scenario, and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions.Map and redesign business processes to enhance operational efficiency and project performance.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.Experience in project evaluation, financial modeling, and risk analysis.Proficiency in NPV, IRR, ROI, and integrated planning and BI systems.Experience in mining or heavy industry environments.Benefits:Competitive salaryProfit Sharing (PLR)Retirement PlanHealth InsuranceDental AssistanceLife InsuranceMeal AllowanceFood VoucherVacation BonusTriannual BonusEmployee Wellbeing ProgramGympass / Wellhub AccessExtended Maternity and Paternity LeaveFamily Eyewear Assistance
