3M has a long-standing reputation as a company committed to innovation.We provide the freedom to explore and encourage curiosity and creativity.We gain new insight from diverse thinking, and take risks on new ideas.Here, you can apply your talent in bold ways that matter.Job Description:Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the WorldWe're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Product Content Senior Analyst to join our teamIn this role, you'll be at the forefront of managing product content and ensuring the accuracy and quality of digital assets across multiple platforms and business groups at 3M.You'll work closely with corporate product information and digital asset management systems to oversee content throughout the product lifecycle—from New Product Introduction (NPI) to end-of-life.The right candidate will be a fast learner, comfortable navigating complex systems, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.The Impact You'll Make in This Role:Digital Asset Management: Partner with PIM/DAM teams and digitization resources to validate and prioritize digital asset requests.Ensure compliance with quality standards, collect accurate metadata, and support reporting and process documentation.Product & Data Management: Maintain and manage product data across systems of record, including the 3M GPIM (Hybris) ecosystem.You'll play a key role in supporting our omni-channel digital presence by monitoring updates and maintaining data accuracy and consistency.Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with key stakeholders from marketing, sales, information architecture, and other teams.Build strong working relationships to help prioritize content needs based on business goals and customer experience.Process Optimization & Subject Matter Expertise: Continuously look for ways to streamline and enhance our workflows.Become a go-to expert in the 3M Global Product Hierarchy, help enforce data governance, and support onboarding and knowledge sharing across the team.Communication & Team Support: Keep your Team Lead informed on progress and performance.Actively participate in team meetings, stay aligned with best practices, and step in to support your peers or leadership when needed.Assist with administrative tasks as assigned by the management team.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).Knowledge or hands-on experience in Product Content and/or Digital Asset Management environments.Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Ability to quickly learn and navigate internal systems of record such as SAP, Hybris, Adobe, HAMR, etc.Experience with or understanding of global product hierarchy structures and their business relevance.Advanced Excel skills, including working with large datasets, complex formulas, pivot tables, and XLOOKUPs.A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.Comfortable working with minimal supervision, while also knowing when to collaborate and align with other areas.Meticulous attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.Work Location: This role follows an on-site working model, with the employee expected to be in the office at least four days per week in Sumaré/SP.Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.To ensure competitive pay and benefits, 3M regularly benchmarks with other companies that are comparable in size and scope.3M is an equal opportunities employer and will not discriminate against any candidate based on their race, color, age, religion, gender, sexual orientation, identity or expression, nationality, or disability.Safety is a core value at 3M.All employees are expected to contribute to a strong Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) culture by following safety policies, identifying hazards, and engaging in continuous improvement.Equal Employment Opportunity Statement:A 3M é um empregador que oferece oportunidades iguais à todos.#J-*****-Ljbffr
