Experienced Supplier Quality Analyst

OverviewAbout The Role Implement Quality Engineering, Purchasing Controls, and Supplier Quality processes related to the development, procurement, and continuous improvement of manufacturing materials, components, sub-assemblies, finished devices, or services, and their integration into the Versuni supply chain.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and established procedures for regulated products and processes.The Role Details Translate raw material and component specifications and drawings into supplier quality requirements, qualify suppliers, evaluate metrics to verify that supplier products meet quality specifications, and audit suppliers critical to quality processes.Ensure that validations are completed where required, and that control plans are in place to sustain the quality and compliance of supplied raw materials and components.Guarantee that supplier corrective and preventive actions are implemented in a timely and effective manner.This position is based in Varginha/MG, requiring on-site presence at the factory from Monday to Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.The role reports directly to the Quality & Regulatory Manager, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to Versuni Global Supplier Quality Team.ResponsibilitiesPartner with R&D, Operations, and Procurement teams to proactively engineer quality and ensure compliance with raw materials, components, finished products, and other items sourced from suppliers.Identify and support the resolution of regulatory compliance gaps at suppliers, including supplier quality system and process development activities.Manage additions, deletions, and changes to supplier status on the Approved Supplier List, including updates to supplier master file records.Lead in-local or remote audits in supplier's manufacturing process during the onboarding of new supplier or due to an improvement needed.Ensure that raw materials, components, and products are released from suppliers to Versuni in accordance with agreed requirements.Assist in the qualification of parts, identification of supplier processes for Critical-to-Quality (CtQ) parameters, and development of supplier process control plans to ensure part quality; verify that supplied parts meet specifications and that control limits/tolerances for CtQ parameters are achieved.Perform third-party product compatibility risk assessments in collaboration with R&D and Procurement.Drive quality and compliance development and/or improvement at suppliers when needed, act as the Versuni representative to suppliers on improvement initiatives.Support Supplier Corrective and Preventive Actions (SCARs) management, ensuring effective and timely closure, and review/risk assessment of Quality Notes (QNs), escalating to SCARs where necessary.Maintain and create Supplier Quality KPIs to manage the impact from suppliers to Versuni's factory in Brazil.Monitor the Supplier Quality KPIs to ensure the quality needed.Present the quality results from suppliers to the global Supplier Quality Leadership.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields (Postgraduate or Master's degree will be considered an advantage).Extensive experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Assurance, or Industrial Quality.Strong knowledge of quality management, process and product evaluation, and project team leadership.Experience with supplier audits and continuous improvement methodologies.Hands-on experience with problem-solving processes and corrective actions (SCAR).Knowledge of quality risk management (product and safety).Strong profile in problem-solving, process improvement, and relationship management.Knowledge of or exposure to quality systems, tools, and methodologies, including Critical to Quality (CtQ), FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Pareto, 8D, 5 Why; audit training, skills, or willingness to learn.Experience with supplier auditing is preferred, particularly within the APQP process.Knowledge of data analysis tools and dashboard creation (especially advanced Excel and Power BI).Advanced English proficiency — required for communication with global teams and international suppliers.Strong communication skills, ability to influence, and collaborative teamwork.Analytical, organized, and results-oriented profile.Ready to make an impact?From developing game-changing air fryers to perfecting the art of coffee making, Versuni's purpose is turning houses into homes — and we're calling on your talent to bring it to life.Join our global team of 6,000+ passionate individuals, work with world-class brands, and shape the future of home living.We're ready for you — are you ready for us?#J-*****-Ljbffr
