About our Language ServicesWe specialize in due diligence and provide expert solutions for investment firms, consulting firms, market research firms, and other organizations.Job ResponsibilitiesYou'll manage multiple projects per day, handling tasks such as scoping, matchmaking, executing, and ensuring client satisfaction.Your responsibilities will include:Scoping: communicate with clients about their needs, ensure expectations are met, and identify colleagues for assistance based on relevant time zones or regions.Matchmaking: identify the best linguist for the client's objective, present their experience, recruit new ones if necessary, and evaluate profitability and client satisfaction.Executing: sync up expectations between client(s) and linguist(s), chaperone calls, speak with clients after projects, and make sure they're satisfied.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related field.Fluency in English and an additional language (bonus).Experience with CRM systems.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.BenefitsPaid time off.Health insurance.Annual allowance for professional development expenses.We value ambitious professionals keen to develop their careers.Goal-oriented individuals who take challenges head-on are welcome to apply.
