A Logicalis valoriza a diversidade, oferecendo iguais oportunidades a todos os candidatos qualificados, independentemente de gênero, raça, orientação sexual, deficiência ou qualquer outra característica.Somos #ArchitectsOfChange.Ajudamos milhares de empresas a se transformarem e terem sucesso em um mundo digital.Acreditamos que a tecnologia pode mudar o mundo e torná-lo um lugar melhor para viver promovendo uma cultura alinhada aos nossos valores: integridade, inovação, excelência, parcerias e empoderamento.Veja como será o seu dia a dia: O Engagement Manager é responsável por todo o portfólio de entrega de um ou mais programas de uma Vertical de Negócios, atuando diretamente com o Managing Director e reportando ao Head de Delivery Operations.É o impulsionador da satisfação do cliente com visão 360°, garantindo excelência e qualidade de entrega de ponta a ponta (E2E) e atuando em conjunto com a área comercial na identificação de novas oportunidades (upsell / cross sell).Principais responsabilidades: Desenvolver relacionamento de confiança com o cliente, principalmente no nível executivo; Monitorar a saúde do relacionamento, buscar feedback e agir proativamente; Representar a voz do cliente internamente e equilibrar necessidades do cliente com saúde financeira do projeto/operação; Garantir alinhamento das entregas Logicalis com objetivos estratégicos do cliente e da empresa; Monitorar desempenho financeiro das operações, assegurando rentabilidade (gestão de P&L).Liderar a identificação de oportunidades de upsell e cross sell; Acompanhar contas a receber (CAR) e apoiar direcionamentos executivos; Supervisionar execução dos projetos, garantindo prazo, escopo e orçamento; Interagir com Gerentes de Projeto, Gerentes de Serviços e equipes de gestão e planejamento para assegurar entregas conforme escopo acordado; Interagir e liderar ações junto as Tech Services e demais áreas técnicas envolvidas, a fim de garantir a excelência e qualidade de entrega; Liderar todo o processo de comunicação e escalonamento junto ao cliente final; Liderar a realização de Comitês Mensais de todas as Operações do cluster responsável.Liderar a Gestão de Pessoas de todo o time de Delivery & Operações do cluster responsável; O que você precisa para ocupar esta vaga?Ensino superior completo; Sólida experiência em Gestão de Projetos e Contratos de Serviços.Diferenciais: Conhecimento técnico em Network, Cloud, Data e Cyber Security; MBA ou Pós-graduação em áreas correlatas; Certificações como PMP, Scrum Master ou ITIL; Inglês fluente para atuação em ambientes globais; Espanhol fluente para interação com times e clientes internacionais.Modelo de trabalho : Híbrido 2x na semana; Local de trabalho: Alphaville, Barueri/SP.Nossos benefícios: Plano de saúde Plano odontológico ?
