Endpoint Management LeadJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced leader to manage our endpoint security posture.The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance, patching, and compliance of Windows and macOS endpoints using NinjaOne.Lead a team of engineers responsible for endpoint management.Oversee the implementation of automation initiatives to reduce manual processes.Ensure all endpoints meet required compliance standards.Develop and maintain endpoint security policies and procedures.Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders.Respond to complex endpoint issues in a timely manner.Collaborate with security teams to implement endpoint protection strategies.Requirements:2+ years of experience managing IT or technical teams.5+ years of hands-on experience in endpoint management.Strong proficiency with NinjaOne or similar platforms.Experience managing both Windows and macOS environments at scale.Demonstrated experience automating endpoint tasks.Deep understanding of patch management and software deployment.Experience maintaining compliance with security frameworks.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
