Sap Sd/Mm Supervisor

Main ResponsabilitiesWe are looking for an experienced SAP SD/MM Supervisor to join our team in Brazil and play a critical role in supporting the business during the ongoing tax reform initiatives in the country, one of the most complex and transformative regulatory changes in the region.This role was created to bring deep SAP SD/MM expertise in the Brazilian market, ensuring compliance, business continuity, and system evolution over the coming years, while also supporting LATAM/Mercosur operations and acting as a strong local IT presence, and will be responsible for:Experience in SAP BASIS activities, including system upgrade and SAP OSS Notes applications.Familiarity with SAP Notes discovery and implementation supportDeep Understanding of Brazil Tax Environment, particularly indirect taxation. Recent tax reform aims to simplify and modernize the tax system by replacing multiple existing taxes (IPI, PIS, COFINS, ICMS, ST and FCP) with two new taxes: CBS (Contribution on Goods and Services) and IBS (Tax on Goods and Services).Working Expertise of Inbound and Outbound Brazil Nota Fiscal (SAP Electronic Invoicing) Processes and RequirementsAssess as-is processes and map them into new processes and/or business flows, leveraging SAP best practices.Work closely with business teams, system integrators, and stakeholders to understand needs, identify options for, and recommend optimal solutions to optimize business processes.Develop expertise and serve as an SME for process and data discussions, workshops, and analysis related to Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) processes.Produce high-quality documentation, including but not limited to current-state analysis, future-state processes, workflows, data mapping, decision matrices, use cases, testing scenarios, and full business requirements.Collaborate with project teams and business partners during project planning, software delivery reviews, and testing to ensure the software has been implemented according to specifications.Document "business problem" to be solved and complete current state analysis and lead requirements gathering exercises through discovery sessions.Provide advice, troubleshooting, and guidance for end-user support; identify areas for automation of manual processes and data analytics reporting.Conduct meetings and deliver presentations; gather critical information to produce useful reports.Monitor deliverables and support the timely completion of projects. Mandatory RequirementsSAP experience with a strong focus on SD and MM modules in Brazil.Proven experience with Brazilian indirect taxes and electronic invoicing (NF-e).Experience with Mastersaf E-Invoicing.Solid understanding of SAP SD/MM integration with other modules.Previous experience leading or supervising SAP functional resources (internal or external).Strong communication skills, able to interact with business, regional, and global stakeholders.Advanced English.Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, Engineering, Business, or another related field.
