About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced engineer to join the Cybersecurity/IT Engineering team as a full time Manager of IT.The ideal candidate is comfortable wearing many different hats including supporting end users, managing endpoints, automating identity and access management, and administering cloud-based IT systems and tools.A successful candidate will have demonstrated previous success in similar role(s) in rapidly growing, security-first, environments.The right person is passionate about automation, scripting, and building infrastructure as code, and also about helping end users who are in need of help.You will be a participant in the design, implementation and management of our growing corporate cloud-first infrastructure and networks.You will have a passion for innovation and creative problem solving, and be adaptable to the ever-changing landscape of the corporate infrastructure environment.You will be a highly motivated, dependable and experienced technologist who shares our passion and wants to be a part of a fast moving and highly execution-oriented team.You will work closely with your Cybersecurity/IT peers and key stakeholder teams, including, but not limited to, Customer Success, Marketing, Engineering and HR.About the Role (continued)This role will report to the Director of IT.You will be customer-facing and the first line of support;
