Plant Operations Director

Lead a high-performance team of functional managers across production, engineering, maintenance, supply chain, environment, health and safety, and quality to drive operational excellence and meet business goals.A bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial management, business administration, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methodologies is also necessary.
Strong skills in quality management systems, ISO standards, certifications, audits, and customer requirements are essential.

Additionally, advanced skills in labor relations, including union negotiations and collective bargaining management, are crucial for success in this role.
