We're Hiring: Programmatic Media Buyer I'm looking for a Programmatic Media Buyer to plan, launch, and optimize performance-driven digital advertising campaigns across programmatic channels. If you're data-oriented, hands-on with ad tech platforms, and love turning insights into results, this role is for you. What You'll Do: Build and execute programmatic media buying strategies (formats, targeting, SSPs, bidding, budgets). Launch and optimize campaigns across DSPs, managing bids, win rates, CPMs, and pacing. Monitor live campaigns daily and optimize toward CPA / CPI and performance goals. Analyze performance data, identify trends, and continuously improve results. Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, and performance issues. Create clear performance reports and communicate insights to stakeholders. Work closely with internal teams, platforms, and media partners. What Looking For: 2 years of experience in programmatic media buying. Strong understanding of DSPs, SSPs, RTB, and bidding strategies. Hands-on experience optimizing campaigns toward performance KPIs. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: Experience with multiple DSPs. Background in iGaming, e-commerce, fintech, or mobile apps.
