Podcast Production Coordinator

Podcast Production SpecialistAbout this role:As a key member of our podcast team, you will support the production process with various tasks, from pre-production through post-production.Assist with scheduling, script assistance, and audio/video editing support for podcast episodesCoordinate guest outreach, scheduling, and follow-ups to ensure a smooth guest experienceDraft show notes, guest bios, and key talking points for the hostUpload episodes, titles, descriptions, and assets to major podcast platformsTrack episode releases, metrics, and guest promotion deliverablesMaintain the podcast calendar and content pipelineResearch new guests that align with our mission and audienceOrganize clips for promotion or pass timestamps to the editorEnsure guest intake forms and promotional materials are receivedCoordinating with internal teams to share content and updatesSupport research, including background on guests and trending wellness topicsManage social media promotion of podcast episodesRequirements:Strong writing skills, with experience in email marketing or professional email communicationsBackground in media, communications, journalism, or related field preferredExperience with podcast production, audio editing software, or video editing tools is beneficialKnowledge of health and wellness topics and trends is advantageousExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environmentEnthusiasm for storytelling and podcasting, with a creative mindsetKey Skills:Audio and video editing softwareEmail marketing and communicationPodcast production and managementHealth and wellness knowledgeWork Environment:This is a remote work opportunity with flexible hours and an independent work style required.
