Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Backend Software Developer to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing scalable systems and a passion for building reliable, user-centric software.The role involves designing, building, and maintaining microservices that power our billing systems using Golang.You will also work on integrating RESTful APIs with external financial and operational systems, manage containerized deployments using Kubernetes and Docker, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver new features and maintain operational excellence.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop Golang-based microservices that meet scalability and reliability requirementsDevelop and integrate RESTful APIs with external systemsWork with event-driven systems and streaming architectures using KafkaManage containerized deployments using Kubernetes and DockerCollaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver new features and maintain operational excellenceRequirements5+ years of professional backend development experienceStrong hands-on experience with Golang or proven ability to quickly ramp upExperience designing and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend microservicesSolid understanding of SQL and relational databases PostgreSQL or MySQLProficiency with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration and deploymentFamiliarity with event-driven systems Kafka or similarExperience working in Unix/Linux environmentsStrong debugging and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesNice to Have SkillsExperience integrating with ERP systemsFamiliarity with API standards and tools Swagger/OpenAPI, OAuth, JWTExposure to Temporal or similar orchestration toolsKnowledge of distributed systems, security best practices, and observabilityBachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
