IAM Specialist - Identity and Access ManagementCoderio designs and delivers scalable digital solutions for global businesses.We value autonomy, clear communication, and technical excellence.We work closely with international teams and partners, building technology that makes a difference.In this role, you'll lead the evolution of Identity and Access Management solutions, driving automation and scalability while ensuring security and compliance in multi-cloud and SaaS environments.You'll collaborate with global teams, design integrations, and mentor colleagues — all while delivering robust IAM platforms that support enterprise-scale operations.ResponsibilitiesImplement and administer IAM solutions across complex enterprise environmentsIntegrate internal systems and hundreds of SaaS applications into IAM platformsConfigure conditional access, segregation of duties (SoD), and access certification flowsDevelop Python scripts, APIs, and tools to automate IAM processes (provisioning, deprovisioning, reporting)Design and maintain connectors, automations, and multi-cloud integrations (Azure, AWS, GCP)Support manual IAM operations while driving the automation and modernization journeyCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliance, scalability, and security best practicesMentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharingRequirements5+ years in IAM or similar security engineering roles in critical environments.4+ Hands-on experience with IAM platforms (EntraID, SailPoint, Okta, Forgerock, RSA, etc.).Advanced knowledge of identity flows, RBAC, SoD, and protocols (SAML, LDAP).Strong Python automation skills plus DevOps (Git, CI/CD, containers).Fluent English with strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.Nice to HaveDeep experience with EntraID and multi-cloud IAM (Azure, AWS, GCP).Knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).Exposure to large SaaS ecosystems with diverse integrations and connectors.Strong understanding of security best practices (secrets management, compliance, audit).Interest in AI/automation applied to IAM and security workflows.Benefits100% remoteLong-term commitment, with autonomy and impactStrategic and high-visibility role in a modern engineering cultureCollaborative international team and strong technical leadershipClear path to growth and leadership within CoderioWhy join Coderio?At Coderio, we value talent regardless of location.We are a remote-first company, passionate about technology, collaborative work, and fair compensation.We offer an inclusive, challenging environment with real opportunities for growth.If you are motivated to build solutions with impact, we are waiting for you.Apply now.#J-18808-Ljbffr
