About UsWe're a Boston-based real estate company seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional fluent in English to support our CFO with bookkeeping, financial reporting, and analysis.This remote role is based in Brazil and requires daily communication in English via Zoom and chat.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage QuickBooks invoices, journal entries, and reconciliationsCategorize receipts and expenses; prepare monthly financial reportsMaintain spreadsheets for rental and mortgage trackingAssist with budgets, financial models, and investor proposalsProvide accurate financial data and support the CFO on accounting projectsManage compliance documentation by reviewing transaction files for accuracy and submitting documents for approvalQualifications5+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experienceProficiency in QuickBooks (or other accounting software and willingness to learn)Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (or Excel and willingness to learn Google Sheets)Fluent English (written and spoken); all work and meetings are in EnglishDetail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesReliable internet connection for Zoom and cloud systemsAvailable Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Eastern (Boston time zone)CompensationFull-time, R$7,000 / monthRemote from BrazilReports to : Chief Financial OfficerHow to ApplyPlease submit your application through with your resume in English .Applications that are not in English will not be reviewed...because the reviewer only speaks English.;)#J-*****-Ljbffr
