Job Description:We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Infantwear Designer to collaborate with our partner brand's creative team remotely.This role involves interpreting design concepts and ideas into cohesive infantwear collections, ensuring comfort, softness, and safety for babies.Develop detailed designs, mood boards, and technical packs ready for manufacturingSelect suitable fabrics, trims, and color palettes that bring each collection to lifeOversee design revisions to ensure feasibility for production without compromising aesthetic qualityThe ideal candidate will have more than 5 years of experience in apparel design, preferably with previous work in infantwear or children's clothing.Required Skills and Qualifications:Portfolio showcasing range: sketches, flats, mood boards, and final garments (infantwear samples preferred)Proficiency in digital design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CLO3DStrong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and fabrics appropriate for infant clothingWhat We Offer:A competitive monthly salary starting at USD *******,000 per month, flexible compensation based on your experience and qualifications.Our team offers a collaborative and dynamic environment where you can thrive and grow professionally.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop infantwear collections that meet quality and aesthetic standardsCollaborate with the creative team to ensure design consistency and alignment with brand vision
