Job Description:This is an exciting opportunity to join our sales team as a Business Development Representative.You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expansion through strategic outreach and relationship-building.As the primary point of contact for future clients, you will be responsible for explaining our vision, pinpointing opportunities, and generating interest.This requires a strong understanding of our product offerings and the ability to effectively communicate their value proposition.You will also be responsible for building rapport with potential clients through strategic outreach and staying informed on industry trends.This includes collaborating with our Sales Executives to plan for success, pursue opportunities, and schedule qualified meetings.Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential customers Develop and execute outreach strategies Generate interest and build rapport with potential clients Collaborate with Sales Executives to plan and execute sales strategies Requirements:To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:Must have: At least 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in a SaaS-based product company Fluent in English Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team Strong and professional communication skills - written, verbal, presentation Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables.Acts without being told what to do.Brings new ideas to the company Good to have: Fluency in Spanish Experience using Salesforce Sales Cloud is a plus Knowledge of MarTech solutions Measures of Success:The following metrics will be used to measure your success in this role: Qualified leads Funnel size Conversion rates
