Test Execution: - Execute manual and automated tests to identify software defects and ensure that applications meet quality standards.- Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing.3. Defect Management: - Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure Devops.- Work closely with the development team to reproduce, diagnose, and resolve defects.4. Automation Testing: - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar frameworks.- Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing and rapid feedback.5. Test Environment Management: - Set up and maintain test environments, including test data and configurations.- Ensure that test environments are representative of production environments to accurately assess application performance and behavior.6. Reporting and Documentation: - Prepare and present test reports, including test coverage, test results, and defect metrics.- Document test procedures, test cases, and test results for future reference and audit purposes.7. Continuous Improvement: - Participate in retrospectives and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and methodologies.- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance.Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.- Proficiency in using bug tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello.- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is a plus.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.- Effective communication and collaboration skills.- Speak professional Spanish.Professional English is preferred.Good to Have: Knowledge of the insurance market.Have good communication, organization, engagement, and resilience.>>> What do we offer?TCS Benefits in Brazil: ?
