Our organization is a leading provider of data engineering solutions, serving over 2,000 customers globally with operations in 13 cities around the world.We partner with 4 out of 5 of the world's biggest technology companies, as well as leading firms across financial services, insurance, technology, law, and medicine.We combine advanced machine learning and artificial intelligence (ML/AI) technologies with a global workforce of subject matter experts and high-security infrastructure to help usher in the promise of AI.Our powerful combination of digital data solutions and user-friendly platforms sets us apart.Our global team consists of over 5,000 employees across the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, the Philippines, India, Sri Lanka, Israel, and Germany.Job Title: Language Expert – AI Training & EvaluationAbout the Role:We are seeking skilled Language Experts to contribute to the training and enhancement of Large Language Models (LLMs).In this role, you will utilize your linguistic expertise to evaluate prompts, rate AI-generated outputs, and create high-quality content that refines AI performance.Your contributions will play a critical role in shaping the accuracy, fluency, and cultural relevance of AI systems used by global technology leaders.Evaluate prompts and responses generated by AI models to ensure linguistic accuracy, coherence, and contextual relevance.Provide structured feedback on AI outputs, identifying errors, biases, or inconsistencies.Develop, edit, and curate high-quality content for training datasets across diverse domains.Collaborate with cross-functional teams of linguists, data annotators, and AI researchers.Ensure cultural and linguistic nuances are well-represented in model training.Follow established guidelines while contributing feedback to improve evaluation frameworks.Qualifications:Master's degree (or higher) in Linguistics, Language Studies, Translation, or related field.Strong command of written and spoken language with excellent grammar and stylistic skills.Experience in content writing, editing, or evaluation is preferred.Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to identify subtle linguistic issues.Interest in AI, natural language processing (NLP), or large language models is a plus.Participation in two assessments is required, so kindly apply only if you are available and ready to collaborate for the project.
