Responsabilidades e AtribuiçõesPreparar e analisar relatórios financeiros gerenciais;Elaboração e revisão de orçamento;Gestão de custos, acompanhamento e report de despesas por departamento;Desenvolvimento e análise de Indicadores;Preparar apresentações de resultado para a alta administração;Suporte no fechamento do resultado mensal;Apoiar nas rotinas de acompanhamento mensal do realizado vs orçado por área;Executar as rotinas de projeções financeiras;Auxiliar nos processos de orçamento de 3/5 anos;Análise e distribuição de Mão de Obra e Investimentos;Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiências na área financeira, contábil e Fiscal;Domínio de processos orçamentários e finanças corporativas;Conhecimento de Excel avançado;Ter experiência com gestão de pessoas, estruturação de processos e implementação de melhorias;Boas habilidades de negociação, comunicação e gestão de rotina;Alto nível de criticidade e pensamento analítico;Trabalhar bem em ambientes com mudanças constantes e rápidas;Prosperar em cultura de alta performance, com muitos desafios, construção de processos e ainda em estruturação;Trabalhar muito bem em equipe e gostar de construir em conjunto com outras pessoas e áreas;Você se destaca, se tiverConhecimento em Power BI;Conhecimento em FP&A;Conhecimento de precificação e negociação;Conhecimento em processo fabril e logística;Escolaridade MínimaPós-graduação - Especialização/MBABenefíciosAuxílio combustívelrotacartão alimentaçãoalimentação na empresaconvênio com livrariaconvênio com óticaseguro de vidaplano odontológicoPlano de saudeconvênio com drogariaPLRparceria com instituição de ensino superior e pós-graduação.#J-*****-Ljbffr
