About the Position:Developing and maintaining strategic relationships with healthcare clients, including chiropractic, dental, and medical spa clinics.Driving campaign success by delivering results and keeping clients informed, engaged, and satisfied.Daily Client Engagement:Serving as the primary point of contact for each clinic client.Maintaining regular communication through calls, emails, and texts to keep clients up-to-date.Providing clear updates on campaign performance and next steps.Fostering trust through prompt responsiveness, proactivity, and transparency.New Client Onboarding:Leading new clients through setup: tracking, GoHighLevel, and campaign configuration.Setting realistic expectations around timelines, deliverables, and strong performance.Ensuring a smooth start to each new client relationship.Campaign Monitoring & Troubleshooting:Reviewing daily ad and funnel performance, tracking metrics like CPL, leads generated, bookings, show rate, and conversion rate.Identifying drops or issues early and diagnosing potential causes.Offering actionable solutions: follow-up tweaks, schedule adjustments, or new messaging.Requirements:Previous experience in sales or lead generation.Strong communication and organizational skills.Able to interpret data and turn insights into clear actions.Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.Comfort working with multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment.A team player who collaborates well across departments.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.A collaborative team culture that values innovation and teamwork.A chance to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients and their customers.
