Project Control SpecialistWe are seeking a skilled Project Control Specialist to support our regional project control initiatives and drive standardization of PCA processes.Key Responsibilities:Support regional project control initiatives and drive standardization of PCA processes using applied on-the-job standard work.Develop and harmonize PCA processes/workflows, supporting continuous improvement initiatives on PCA/finance topics.Track and manage PCA KPIs, working closely with the Project Management Office.Manage, track, and provide analysis on support contracts and projects, performing financial analysis for project managers, project management offices, and HQ reporting.Enter and maintain all project financial data in ERP, support invoicing and cash collection of project and support contracts, and deliver monthly close of assigned business units by country.Communicate any exceptions and ensure compliance to the Global Standard process for Project Controls.Support PM to align P6 project budgets to as sold in the ERP system, liaise with Central Quality function to ensure alignment of regional best practices to global quality standards, and participate in project reviews as part of the leader standard work.Ensure the application of the defined project control approach.About This RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Project Control Specialist.As a key member of our project control team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.What You Will NeedTo be successful in this role, you will need:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Knowledge of project management principles and practices.Experience with project control tools and systems.Why Join UsWe offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality results and making a positive impact.BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.Other InformationThis role is open to candidates who meet the minimum qualifications and requirements.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from diverse candidates.
