Innodata (NASDAQ: INOD) is a leading data engineering company with over 2,000 customers and operations in 13 cities worldwide.Job TitleLinguistics Expert – AI Training & Content WritingOverviewWe are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented linguist to support AI training initiatives and linguistic content creation.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate or edit linguistically rich content including grammar guides, syntactic analyses, usage explanations, or examples for NLP pipelines.Identify and resolve issues related to ambiguity, bias, and grammaticality.Perform quality assurance (QA) on model outputs for fluency, tone, factual accuracy, and language appropriateness.Annotate linguistic datasets with syntactic, semantic, or pragmatic labels.Support internal teams by conducting linguistic research and summarizing findings.Apply linguistic knowledge to evaluate model behavior, error patterns, and generalization issues.QualificationsDeep understanding of linguistic theory and language structure.Experience with computational linguistics, corpus analysis, language data annotation, or LLM training is a plus.Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.Next StepsTo proceed further in the evaluation process, you will need to complete two assessments:Assessment Test: Evaluates your linguistic and analytical skills.Link: ?Versant English Proficiency Test: Focuses on assessing your spoken and written English proficiency.A C1 or C2 level is required to qualify.Once both assessments are successfully completed, you will be eligible for onboarding.Action RequiredRegister and complete your profile on the XConnect internal job platform.ApplicationPlease send your resume to: ******Seniority LevelEntry levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionOtherIndustriesBusiness Consulting and Services#J-*****-Ljbffr
