Jr.Full-Stack Engineer (2+ yrs of experience) – 100% Remote | Contract | English Fluency | Brazil BasedWe're partnering with a global digital platform company that operates one of the world's largest online ecosystems for communities, conversations, and user-generated content.Their mission is to empower people to connect around shared interests and cultural moments, enabling authentic discussion and high-impact digital experiences at massive scale.They are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to lead the creation of in-app community experiences inside the social media ecosystem, with a strong focus on high-engagement cultural moments in the UK .What you'll be doingLead the conceptualization, design, and execution of in-app community experiences tailored to high-interest UK cultural momentsBuild and launch robust, scalable client-side features using the Devvit Developer PlatformTranslate cultural trends and community needs into high-performance web applications within Reddit, owning the full development lifecycle from idea to deploymentDevelop a deep understanding of community culture and technical needs to rapidly iterate on content, features, and engagement strategiesCollaborate closely with cross-functional partners to turn growth strategies and community feedback into clear technical requirementsAnalyze application performance and usage data to guide prioritization and iterationTechnical Requirements2+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack web developmentStrong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript , HTML , and CSSDemonstrable experience with React and modern front-end developmentExperience building and deploying server-side applications using Node.js (Express, Koa, or similar frameworks)Solid understanding of API integration, data modeling, and client/server architectureExperience managing application state and data using tools such as Redis for caching or storageFamiliarity with the Devvit Developer Platform and its SDKs (@devvit/client, @devvit/server) is a strong plusGeneral RequirementsFluent English , with a strong understanding of UK culture and language nuancesProven ability to manage multiple projects and community launch cycles simultaneouslyExperience designing and executing community activations or platform-based experiencesStrong familiarity with Reddit , its ecosystem, and user expectationsAbility to quickly adapt to different content verticals and cultural contextsAvailability to dedicate ***** hours per week to Reddit growth initiativesWhy this roleHigh ownership from concept to live community impactFlexible remote contractOpportunity to shape large-scale community experiences during high-traffic cultural moments#J-*****-Ljbffr
