Corporate IT is the backbone of our business.Our team helps the company to develop a competitive advantage through defining our technology objectives, assessing solution options, and devising technical solutions that help us achieve both strategic goals and meet operational requirements.As a part of our team, you'll help deliver seamless IT experiences and support to our internal employees by providing responsive helpdesk service, stable networks and reliable IT systems.As a procurement associate at Corporate IT, you will be responsible for IT products procurement to support various business units.You will serve as the primary interface and act as process owner responsible for managing suppliers and internal customers.In this position, you will play a key role in procuring high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for the organization.You will follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of inventory and incoming IT purchases and supplies.Job Description:Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and proceduresManaging inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product range.Researching and evaluating prospective suppliersTo source, negotiate and establish purchases for IT goods and servicesWork with IT technical team and HQ procurement team to propose good solutions from commercial perspective, ensure out-coming high quality products/suppliesJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree of business administration, accounting or related field is preferredKnowledge of commercial relationship build-up and procurement techniques/processExperience in negotiations and networkingStrong analytical skill, accurate and precise attention to detailsAbility to multitask, priorities, and manage time efficientlyGood resource of supplier solutions is added advantageWork experience in IT Suppliers/IT industry is added advantageInitiative, enthusiasm and willingness to learn in a fluid and fast-paced environmentGood interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively at all levels and with HQ Procurement team
