Buscamos profissionais habilidosos para compor nossa equipe.Em uma cultura de inovação e transformação digital, desenvolvemos soluções personalizadas para nossos clientes.Quem somos?Somos especialistas em tecnologia, dados e design, com expertise em impulsar mudanças digitais há mais de 10 anos.Com mais de 450 profissionais, atendemos a América Latina, Europa e América do Norte.A vagaEstamos à procura de um(a) Desenvolvedor(a) Back-end Sênior experiente em Java, Node.js e Arquiteturas avançadas.O candidato ideal será responsável por criar e manter aplicações robustas e escaláveis.ResponsabilidadesColaborar com o Tech Lead em definições técnicas: orientar decisões arquiteturais, definir stack tecnológico e estabelecer padrões de desenvolvimento;Desenvolver e manter aplicações escaláveis:Otimizar aplicações para alta performance e implementar estratégias de cache e load balancing;Implementar práticas de segurança e auditoria de código;Desenvolver integrações críticas com sistemas legados e APIs externas;Projetar estratégias de backup e recuperação;Pesquisar e implementar novas tecnologias;Auxiliar no troubleshooting de problemas críticos;Desenvolver microserviços utilizando Spring Boot e NestJS;Implementar comunicação entre serviços via RabbitMQ e OpenFeign;Mantenha documentação técnica atualizada;Desenvolver testes unitários, integração e contratos (PACT);RequisitosArquitetura Avançada: Domain-Driven Design, Event Sourcing, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture;Java/Spring Ecosystem: Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Cloud Gateway, Spring Security, WebFlux;Node.js (Avançado), NestJS, Express, Event Loop optimization, clustering;Databases: Modelagem avançada, sharding, replicação e performance tuning;Distributed Systems: Consensus algorithms e eventual consistency;Cloud Native: AWS/Azure/GCP, Terraform, service mesh, observability;DevOps Avançado: Kubernetes operators, Helm charts, GitOps;Mensageria: RabbitMQ, Apache Kafka;Testes: JUnit, Jest, Mockito, TestContainers;Versionamento: Git, GitLab/GitHub.DiferenciaisBig Data: Apache Kafka, Elasticsearch, data streaming;Machine Learning: MLOps, model serving, data pipelines;Blockchain/Web3: Smart contracts, DeFi protocols;Edge Computing: CDN optimization, edge functions.Benefícios e IncentivosNossa política de contratação é CLT-40h semanais com jornada flexível e benefícios pensados para proporcionar uma experiência incrível.
