IT Systems Analyst (Process Methods and Tools)Sorocaba, BR, *********At Schaeffler, we are commited to building an environment where we embrace diversity and foster an inclusive culture.Here everyone is welcome and everyone should feel valued.That's why our opportunities are equal for everyoneWe are driven by people and stories.What is yours?ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Planisware/Windchill ProjectLink support;Serve as the first point of contact for incidents, requests, and "how to" questions in Planisware Enterprise (PEX) v7 Cloud for Projects, Portfolio, and Resources;Triage and resolve routine issues (via ticketing system): access/login, navigation, views/dashboards, basic data corrections, simple expression/view tweaks, workflow step clarifications;Document reproducible steps, screenshots, and logs; escalate complex cases to L2/L3 and vendor with clear context; track to resolution and communicate status;Support maintenance of a user knowledge base: FAQs, tip sheets, runbooks, and short videos tailored to Schaeffler's PM regulations and PEX usage patterns;Support release deployments and cloud maintenance windows; perform/support smoke tests on critical user journeys (project creation, WBS updates, gate approvals, portfolio views, resource capacity checks).RequirementsBachelor's degree in information systems, Engineering, Business, or related field;Experience in application support, business analysis, or PMO technology;Experience with Planisware Enterprise (PEX) and Windchill Project Link;Experience with managing new product launches, PEP processes;Strong Excel proficiency and familiarity with Power BI;Experience with service desk tools (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) and collaboration platforms (Confluence, SharePoint, Teams);Portuguese fluent.Our OfferAt Schaeffler, your satisfaction and well-being are our priorities.Check out our benefits:Health and Dental PlanOn-site Health CenterLife InsuranceHybrid Work ModelTransportationOn-site RestaurantExtended Maternity and Paternity LeaveParkingPLRGympassAnd on top of all that, we have Short Fridays#fridayCome be a part of our team and discover a world of benefits that value your well-being and continuous growthAttentionPlease submit your resume in English#J-*****-Ljbffr
