Medical Contract AnalystWe are seeking an experienced Medical Contract Analyst to join our team.As a Medical Contract Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our Central Operations team and US Operations markets in general administrative tasks and onboarding growth.Key Responsibilities:Support US Operations Cities on growth deliverables and efficiencies in day-to-day work and operationsAudit and automate ways of working for growth and portfolio changesAnalyze data to create detailed reports for leadership, communicating trends, patterns, and predictionsStandardize ways of working across markets for timely executionPerform audits and improve data metrics for guests and internal teamsEnter unit/building/process information accuratelyCollaborate with operational teams to identify process improvementsYou will also be responsible for specific administrative tasks related to onboarding and move-outs, including:Utility and telecommunication setups for new unitsPackage setups for new unitsCancelling utility and telecommunication accounts for move-outsScheduling furnishing and onboarding tasks and move-outsRequirements:Education: Top-tier university degreeExperience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar roleSkills:Fluency in EnglishProficiency in Microsoft OfficeSelf-starter with attention to detailEntrepreneurial drive and adaptabilityStrong quantitative and analytical skillsExcellent communication skills
