OverviewThis is a full-time remote role as a Financial Analyst at a United States based Real Estate / Private Equity firm.The Financial Analyst will underwrite new acquisitions, perform research on necessary variables, run forward-looking projections and past reporting.You will work directly with the executive team at a growing US based company.ResponsibilitiesUnderwrite new acquisitions.Conduct research on relevant variables.Run forward-looking projections and analyze past reporting.Collaborate with the executive team.Qualifications5+ years experience in the Finance fieldA University Degree in the finance fieldExperience in financial reporting (profit and loss, balance sheet, forecasts, etc)Experience in the real estate or private equity industryExcellent organizational skillsProven track record of handling confidential informationAbility to work independently and remotelyProficiency in project management toolsRequirementsExtremely skilled in Microsoft ExcelTyping speed 50+ words per minuteAbility to work on US time zoneA clean and professional remote work environmentFast internet, a second monitor and a fast computerCompensation$1,250 - $2,000 per month depending on experience.DetailsIndependent contractor agreement paid 2x monthly.Client has a desire for long term commitment.Year round position without significant seasonality.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance and SalesIndustriesReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Somewhere by 2x#J-18808-Ljbffr
