Deployment Coordinator

This position will be hired on an outsourcing basis, with an attractive salary and benefits package.About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Deployment Coordinator to lead the execution phase of telecom infrastructure projects, ensuring that field activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to customer standards.This role requires daily presence with clients and subcontractors, close supervision of implementation teams, and strong alignment with internal project management and engineering areas.If you are passionate about execution, teamwork, and delivering excellence to top telecom operators, this position offers a high-impact opportunity within a global technology environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the end-to-end execution of telecom deployment projects, from initial planning to final acceptance.Execute site inspections, surveys, and daily follow-ups to ensure alignment with technical and quality standards.Maintain direct face-to-face contact with customers, aligning priorities, reporting progress, and solving issues proactively.Manage subcontractors on a daily basis, monitoring performance, updating priorities, and escalating deviations when needed.Act as a technical coach and facilitator, ensuring subcontractor teams comply with internal, customer, and regulatory requirements.Prepare and deliver progress reports, documentation, and status updates according to internal and client procedures.Ensure the fulfillment of safety, compliance, and quality prerequisites, including on-site and sample audits.Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to align schedules, resources, and customer expectations.Foster a culture of discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement among field teams. RequirementsBachelor's or Technical Degree in Telecom, Engineering, or related areas (mandatory).English as primary working language is mandatory; Portuguese fluency is required; Advanced Mandarin is desirable.5+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry.2+ years of experience in field coordination, supervision, or deployment operations.Proven ability to manage 10+ field teams simultaneously.Knowledge of wireless networks and telecom infrastructure; Microwave and/or RAN experience is a strong plus.Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and basic project management tools.Desirable QualificationsMBA or Postgraduate degree in Project Management.Experience working in multicultural or Chinese corporate environments.Established relationships with major telecom operators (Claro, TIM, Vivo, Unifique, etc.).
