We are looking for MENDIX Tech Lead , who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: Be a technical expert who leads the development of Mendix applications, bridging business requirements with low-code development. Key responsibilities include technical design and architecture, leading and mentoring development teams, ensuring code quality, managing technical debt, and overseeing integrations with external systems. Mandatory skills: Proven experience of at least 4 years as a Software Engineer, Systems Analyst, Dev Ops, or related role; Proven professional experience of at least 1 (one) year working as a technical leader of a solution development team on the Mendix platform; Mendix technical certification (Intermediate or Advanced Developer) is required. English is mandatory. Desirable Skills: Agile practices such as Incremental Design, Planning Poker, Refactoring, Automated Testing, BDD, TDD, Pair Programming, Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, User Stories, and Done Concept; Frameworks: Scrum, SAFe®, Kanban, Lean; Knowledge of Dev Ops and CI/CD; Familiarity with integrations via REST/SOAP APIs, microservices, and scalable application architecture; Basic knowledge of containerization (Docker) and source code management (Git, Azure Dev Ops). >>>>> What do we offer?
