Our client is a leading IT consulting firm with an international presence.Specializing in systems development, helping clients build, implement and manage complex IT solutions that enable them to excel in a constantly evolving digital environment.Work Mode: Remotewith availability to meet with the team if requiredWhat will you do in this role?Develop and implement highly interactive and scalable user interfaces using React and modern web technologies.Collaborate with design and backend teams to ensure optimal user experience and efficient API integration.Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability in high-traffic environments.Solve complex technical problems and propose innovative solutions to improve system architecture.Actively participate in code reviews and share best practices with the engineering team.Take responsibility from day one, demonstrating a critical problem-solving approach.What should you have beforehand?5+ years of experience in frontend development with React and its ecosystem (Redux, React Hooks, Context API), for web development.Proficiency in version control tools (Git) and agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).Strong knowledge of REST API and GraphQL integration.Familiarity with testing tools such as Jest, React Testing Library, or Cypress.Experience working with microfrontend architectures and performance optimization.Intermediate-advanced English level (to collaborate with international teams).SkillsCritical thinking and problem-solving: Ability to analyze technical challenges and find efficient solutions.Autonomy and proactivity: Capability to make decisions and take responsibility from day one.Teamwork and effective communication: Ability to collaborate with different teams and clearly convey ideas.Adaptability and continuous learning: Willingness to stay up to date with the latest frontend development trends.What will you receive from them?Growth opportunities within a leading IT consulting company with an international presence.Work on innovative projects using cutting-edge technologies in a rapidly evolving digital environment.Collaborative and multicultural environment, with access to high-level technical teams.Training and professional development programs to strengthen technical and leadership skills.Send your CV and embark on this exciting and potentially life-changing processBest regards, T-mapp Team#J-*****-Ljbffr
